EXCELLENT Based on 152 reviews Posted on Google Bob LaneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alan came promptly to analyze the problem we were having with our Gas Cooktop. The igniter had to be replaced. He ordered it while he was still at our house and told us it would take 8-10 business days. Sure enough, he was at our house and installed the new igniter on the 8th business day. So efficient, polite and such a reasonable invoice. I’d hire him again if a minute!Posted on Google Mayl RovTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alan, came within 30 minutes of our call to look at our fridge and got us up and running the next afternoon after he got in parts. Fridge is back up and running and he even called a few days after to make sure it was still doing good. A certified technician arrives at your home on time and in uniform, equipped with the tools and parts needed to handle the most common oven faults across all major brands.
The technician performs a complete inspection, testing the igniter or heating elements, thermostat, temperature sensor, control board, door seal, convection fan, and all relevant components — to identify the root cause accurately.
Before any repair work begins, you receive a clear flat-rate quote. No hourly billing, no hidden fees, and no pressure. You approve the price before we start.
Our vans carry the most commonly needed oven parts for all major brands. Most oven repairs are completed on the first visit, so your kitchen is back in operation the same day.
Every oven repair is covered by a 90-day warranty on parts and a 30-day warranty on labour. If the same fault returns within that window, we come back and fix it.
On electric ovens, a burned-out bake element is almost always the cause. On gas ovens, a weak or failed igniter that can no longer draw enough current to open the gas valve is responsible.
The cause is typically a faulty oven temperature sensor that's sending incorrect readings to the control board, a miscalibrated thermostat, or on gas models, a weak igniter that allows the burner to cycle off before reaching the set temperature.
Hot spots or uneven browning across the oven cavity are caused by a partially failed bake or broil element, a convection fan motor not circulating air properly, or a faulty control board.
A gas oven that clicks repeatedly but won't light typically has a cracked or dirty igniter that can no longer glow hot enough to open the gas safety valve.
An oven door that won't close fully or seal properly wastes significant energy and makes it impossible to maintain cooking temperature. The cause is almost always worn or broken door hinges that allow the door to sag.
A convection oven where the fan has stopped running will heat unevenly and take much longer to cook food. The fan motor typically burns out over time and requires replacement.
When the bake function works but broil does not, the broil element has typically burned out on electric ovens. On gas ovens, a separate broiler burner igniter or gas valve is responsible, these are distinct components from the bake system and fail independently.
An unresponsive touchpad, a blank display, or buttons that register incorrect inputs point to a failed electronic control board or a damaged user interface overlay.

If we don't deserve 5 star, let us know, and we'll do everything in our power to make it right.
