EXCELLENT Based on 152 reviews Posted on Google Bob LaneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alan came promptly to analyze the problem we were having with our Gas Cooktop. The igniter had to be replaced. He ordered it while he was still at our house and told us it would take 8-10 business days. Sure enough, he was at our house and installed the new igniter on the 8th business day. So efficient, polite and such a reasonable invoice. I’d hire him again if a minute!Posted on Google Mayl RovTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alan, came within 30 minutes of our call to look at our fridge and got us up and running the next afternoon after he got in parts. Fridge is back up and running and he even called a few days after to make sure it was still doing good. We deliver reliable and professional appliance repair services focused on keeping your home running smoothly. Call now!
Call to book your microwave repair before 5 PM and automatically save $25 on your service. Same-day slots are available.
A licensed, insured, and background-checked technician arrives at your home on time and in uniform. They bring the tools and high-voltage safety equipment required to work on microwave appliances safely and correctly.
The technician performs a thorough inspection — safely discharging the high-voltage capacitor first, then testing the magnetron, diode, capacitor, door switches, control board, turntable motor, and all relevant components to identify the exact fault.
Before any repair begins, you receive a clear flat-rate quote with no hidden charges and no hourly billing. You approve the cost before we proceed.
Our vans carry the most commonly replaced microwave components for all major brands. Most microwave repairs are completed on the first visit so your appliance is back in service the same day.
Every microwave repair is backed by a 90-day warranty on parts and a 30-day warranty on labour. If the same fault returns within that period, we come back and fix it at no additional cost.
The magnetron is the most frequent cause of heating failure. A failed high-voltage diode or a burned-out capacitor are also common culprits. All three are high-voltage components that must be handled by a trained technician.
Sparking inside the microwave cavity is alarming. A burned or chipped waveguide cover is the most common cause. A damaged or soiled rack support, a failing magnetron, or metallic residue left in the cavity can also cause arcing.
The cause is typically a burned-out turntable motor, a cracked or broken drive coupler connecting the motor to the turntable ring, or a damaged roller guide that's preventing the glass tray from rotating freely.
A microwave that is completely unresponsive when the door is closed and start is pressed almost always has a faulty door switch. A blown main fuse is another common cause.
Uneven heating is typically caused by a magnetron that's operating at reduced power output as it begins to fail, or a stirrer fan above the cavity that's not distributing microwave energy evenly across the cooking space.
A blank display, partial digit failure, or an unresponsive control panel points to a failed control board, a damaged display board, or a faulty membrane switch overlay on touch-control models. Power surges are a common trigger for control board failures in microwave appliances.
A loud humming often signals a failing magnetron or a worn high-voltage transformer. A grinding or rattling noise typically comes from the turntable motor. A buzzing sound can indicate a failing diode or capacitor.
Microwaves use internal fans to cool the magnetron and prevent overheating, and on over-the-range models, an exhaust fan to remove cooking vapours. A failed fan motor causes the appliance to overheat and shut down.

If we don't deserve 5 star, let us know, and we'll do everything in our power to make it right.
