EXCELLENT Based on 152 reviews Posted on Google Bob LaneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alan came promptly to analyze the problem we were having with our Gas Cooktop. The igniter had to be replaced. He ordered it while he was still at our house and told us it would take 8-10 business days. Sure enough, he was at our house and installed the new igniter on the 8th business day. So efficient, polite and such a reasonable invoice. I’d hire him again if a minute!Posted on Google Mayl RovTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alan, came within 30 minutes of our call to look at our fridge and got us up and running the next afternoon after he got in parts. Fridge is back up and running and he even called a few days after to make sure it was still doing good. Call before 5 PM and we'll schedule your dryer repair for the same day. Early callers get first priority — don't put it off and risk your laundry routine getting further behind.
One of our licensed, insured, and background-checked technicians arrives at your home on time and in uniform, with the tools and parts needed to handle the most common dryer faults.
The technician inspects every relevant component — heating element or gas igniter, thermal fuse, drum belt, motor, moisture sensor, and control board — to identify the exact cause of the problem.
You receive a clear, flat-rate quote before any repair work begins. No hourly rates, no surprise charges, and no obligation to proceed. You approve the cost before we pick up a single tool.
Our vans carry the most common dryer parts for all major brands. The majority of dryer repairs are completed on the first visit, so your machine is running again the same day we arrive.
All dryer repairs are backed by a 90-day warranty on parts and a 30-day warranty on labour. If the same fault reappears within that period, we return and fix it at no additional cost.
The most common dryer complaint. On electric dryers, a burned-out heating element or a blown thermal fuse is usually responsible. On gas dryers, a failed igniter, a faulty gas valve solenoid, or a tripped thermal fuse are the typical culprits. Without heat, your dryer is just a spinning drum — we restore it fast.
A dryer that won't start at all often has a failed door switch that prevents the cycle from initiating, a blown thermal fuse caused by overheating, or a faulty start switch. In some cases, a failed drive motor or a tripped circuit breaker is the cause.
When a dryer takes multiple cycles to dry a normal load, it's usually not a heating problem — it's an airflow problem. A clogged exhaust vent, a blocked lint trap housing, or a worn-out moisture sensor that ends cycles prematurely are the most common causes. This fault also significantly increases fire risk.
Squealing, thumping, grinding, or rattling during a cycle points to worn drum support rollers, a frayed or snapped drum belt, a failed idler pulley, or worn drum glides that allow the drum to scrape the cabinet. These components wear out over time and should be replaced before the drum itself is damaged.
If the motor runs but the drum doesn't turn, the drive belt has almost certainly broken. If neither the motor nor drum operates, the issue is more likely a failed drive motor, a seized idler pulley, or a faulty door switch preventing the cycle from starting altogether.
A dryer that gets excessively hot — scorching clothes or shutting off mid-cycle — has either a blocked exhaust vent restricting airflow or a failed cycling thermostat that's not regulating temperature correctly. Overheating is also a fire hazard and should be addressed immediately.
A dryer that cuts out before the cycle finishes is typically experiencing an overheating issue that triggers the thermal cutoff fuse, a faulty moisture sensor ending cycles too early, or an intermittent control board fault that disrupts the cycle sequence.
Uneven tumbling or a drum that wobbles during operation usually indicates worn drum support rollers that are no longer supporting the drum evenly, or a damaged drum bearing at the rear of the appliance. Left unrepaired, this causes premature drum wear.

If we don't deserve 5 star, let us know, and we'll do everything in our power to make it right.
